It is said that in the early twentieth century a plague ravaged the different crops of the province of Alicante. Thanks to the idea of ​​a neighbour of the valley who, concerned about his future, decided to cover and protect each cluster of his crop with a paper bag, it was found a perfected technique that not only protects the grape from pests and direct fumigation, but also it does of the rigors of the climatology, causing that the maturation is done slowly.

This technique gives our grapes some characteristics and flavour that make it unique in the world.
